BLOW DRYING - For smooth, shiny, and sexy hair, it's starts with the drying. To have an excellent finish, you have to start at the beginning. Using the right wet styling products will achieve the best end result. We often recommend Quickslip or Fast Form in the Paul Mitchell express tools. Dry the hair with fingers until at least 95% dry or drier. Next, choosing the brush. A brush that has spaces between the bristles will have less tension on the hair. A round brush has the bristles that are closer together, thus creating more tension. Pre-section hair into segments. Then starting at hairline move section by section through the hair. To create smoother, shinier hair make sure the airflow is going down the hair away from you. It will take practice but it's worth it.

Jen is amazing! I never know what to do with my hair but she always has great ideas and I trust her. The cut and color always look great, I can relax and not worry! The salon environment is awesone, all the ladies are wonderful! I will never leave!!!!!!!
I had my first appointment with Lisa on Friday March 26th and it was an experience like no other. I was very comfortable as Lisa chatted with me. She wanted to get to know me and my preferences so she could make recommendations. We both agreed my hair was in need of some TLC after a few bad cuts.
Hunter and Lisa decided on color and highlights. Lisa did the highlights and Hunter did the color. Both did an amazing job, the color is fantastic and I've received plenty of compliments on it.
The shampoo experience is worth a visit. Hunter had magical hands and by the time I left the shampoo station I was so relaxed and the tension from the work week was completely gone.
Lisa suggested she just trim out my hair a bit as we let my too short layers grow out. She then proceeded to show me how to accurately blow dry my hair in simple steps that I could work with. The first few days I struggled, but I'm quickly getting the hang of it.
Looking forward to going back in May!!
I haven't had anybody by my hair stylist sister do my hair for the past 15 years. After moving out of state, flying home just to get a cut and color was out of the question. After a few referrals I decided to trust my head to Lisa. I have to admit that I was quite anxious at first, but the atmosphere in the cozy salon relaxes you right away. Lisa honestly cared and wanted to get a true understanding of what I was expecting out of my visit. In the end, my hair looked AMAZING and I couldn't have been happier. Finding a phenomenal hair stylist is like finding a needle in a hay stack and I am looking forward to my future visits!
Lisa is so wonderful! I am new to the area and she has already given me two great haircuts. She even gave my daughter her first haircut! She is so professional and excellent at what she does. I had forgotten my camera to take pictures of my daughter's first cut. Lisa let me borrow hers and then emailed me the pictures. She truly goes over and beyond!

I first went to Lisa G Salon to have my hair done for my wedding, Lisa did a Great Job with my hair and makeup for my mom, maid of honor and myself. I have never been to a salon that is so welcoming and laid back. They never rush you and they always do a Great Job! I will never go to another hair salon!
I have been going to Lisa G Salon for about a year now and I love it! I always feel so comfortable there. I love the services of sodas and snacks. I never got that anywhere... Lisa is my stylist and she's very understanding with my pickiness with my hair. I can be very undecisive but she's patient and I always look great. She's awesome with my partial foils, I have NEVER had a bad color highlight AND she does AWESOME blow outs and flat ironing. I love it. Please try it out!
